We offer holistic wellness services, including AO Scan sessions, consultations, education, and wellness guidance.
We are not a medical facility, and our services:
Do not diagnose, cure, or treat medical conditions
Are for educational, informational, and general wellness purposes only
Should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice
Should be discussed with your physician if you have questions about your health
By participating in any service, you agree to use your own discretion and consult your healthcare provider as needed.
We use AO Scan technology by Solex as part of our wellness services. AO Scan:
Is a general wellness device, not a medical device
Collects certain demographic and wellness-related information
Provides frequency-based and educational assessments only
Is not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure disease

We use Fresha for scheduling, payments, reminders, and appointment management. When you book through Fresha, you also agree to their Terms:

Fresha may collect information such as your name, contact details, appointment history, payment information, and account preferences in order to process your booking securely.
You may not book an appointment without accepting Fresha’s terms.
At this time:
We do not charge cancellation fees
We do not charge for no-shows
We reserve the right to update this policy in the future
If we update these policies, we will notify clients through Fresha or during scheduling.
We work with many trusted supplement brands who stand by their formulas and often offer money-back guarantees.
Our return guidelines:
Returns are accepted case-by-case
Products must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date
Clients must call us first to confirm whether the item is returnable
Refunds follow the policies of each vendor (Terry Naturally, Health Direct, Emerald Labs, etc.)
For future online purchases, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective
We reserve the right to decline a return if a product is opened, heavily used, or outside the vendor’s guarantee guidelines.
Because our services require time, equipment, and staffing, we do not offer refunds for:
AO Scan sessions
Wellness consultations
Sound Bed sessions
Ion Foot Cleanse
Any other in-store service
However, if you are dissatisfied with a Sound Bed or Ion Foot Cleanse session, we are happy to offer credit toward another service.
Massage therapy is performed by independent professionals; therefore, we do not issue refunds for massage services.

Reminders

Order or product alerts
Business marketing, promotions, updates or announcements
Message frequency may vary.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless the product is defective
